Presentation of winning furniture and exhibition of works awarded in the Artforms competition

We would like to invite you to the official presentation of furniture, the realisation of the project that won the Artforms competition!

The ‘ArtForms’ competition, organised by the Simple Form Studio, is an initiative to promote contemporary Polish design. Addressed to interior designers and architects, it is also a tribute to the history of domestic design and an expression of the need to continue its best traditions. The reason for organising it is the approaching 100th anniversary of the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts and Modern Industry, held in Paris in 1925. Polish artists in the 1920s returned from the French capital honoured with many awards. This exhibition was the main source of inspiration for the competition participants. The competition task was to design a piece of furniture that, like the design of a hundred years ago, would attract attention with its elegance, functionality and innovative solutions.

The first prize was won by Mikołaj Sołtysiak, Grzegorz Kurzawa and Marika Stanisławska – a group from Poznań – for their table-sculpture design.

This project, realised by the competition organiser Studio Prostych From, will be officially presented at the Warsaw Home&Contract Fair!

The ceremonial unveiling of the piece of furniture will take place on 23.10.24 at 14:00 in the area of Studio Prostych Form. The winning piece of furniture will be on display throughout the fair.

The competition also recognised 10 artists and their works:
Ewa Burak – console Niezapominajka,
Anna Doczekalska – Deko table,
Maja Drążkowska – Fasada chest of drawers,
Natalia Glazer-Wika – chest of drawers project,
Krystian Jandura – console design,
Katarzyna Kacik and Aleksandra Poprawa-Ożga – console/toilet,
Patrycja Suszek-Rączkowska – Eclipse dressing table
and Magdalena Kuranowska, Anna Białkowska and Dariusz Michałkowski from the Kontraforma group, whose as many as three projects were recognised: a coffee table, a chest of drawers and a dressing table.

All the distinguished works can be seen at the exhibition accompanying the event, located in the entrance area in Hall D

You are also invited to meet the finalists of the competition.

On 24.10.24 at 2 p.m. on the stage of the Exhibition Studio in Hall C, there will be a panel with the finalists of the ‘Artforms’ competition ‘One hundred years after the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts and Modern Industry in Paris. Conversations about design, furniture design and life’.

You are cordially invited!

AiHouse premiere at Warsaw Home & Contract trade fair

AiHouse premiere at Warsaw Home & Contract trade fair
- A new tool for interior designers!

On October 23-26, during the Warsaw Home & Contract Fair in Nadarzyn, Lignumsoft will present the cutting-edge AiHouse software, which has the potential to revolutionize the way interior designers work.

You are cordially invited to the official premiere of AiHouse, which will take place on October 23 at 11:00 am and 2:30 pm with the participation of the manufacturer! This is a unique opportunity to be among the first to discover the innovative capabilities of this software, see it live and talk to the manufacturer.

What does AiHouse offer?

AiHouse is an advanced interior design software that combines a wide range of features dedicated to both novice and experienced designers. One of the key elements of this tool is a catalog containing more than 80 million 3D models, ready for rendering. The catalog is also systematically expanded to include a library of Polish brands and manufacturers, and access to the public model library is free.

Automation of documentation and pricing

One of AiHouse’s most important features is the automatic generation of project documentation. The program automatically creates technical drawings in CAD format, which can be downloaded as PDF files. In addition, AiHouse makes it easy to prepare a project estimate by generating a list of necessary materials and a shopping list with prices and links to manufacturers’ websites, available in spreadsheet format.

Advanced rendering technologies

AiHouse is also distinguished by its cloud rendering technology, which allows it to create photorealistic visualizations in an extremely short time. Everything is done in a web browser, and high-quality HD renderings can be achieved in two minutes. As a result, users don’t need to invest in expensive high-performance hardware that other CAD solutions require.

The software also offers a Cinematic 8K module, which allows the mapping of material structure and lighting in a photo-quality effect.

Users can create 16K quality panoramas and 1080p video, even on mobile devices.

Visioneer's interactive solution

AiHouse is also introducing Visioneer, an interactive 3D solution that creates a virtual walk-through of a designed apartment. Customers are free to change all elements of the interior to their liking, from finishes, lighting and upholstered furniture to colors and styles of custom furniture.

Training and special offers

During the fair, Lignumsoft will organize free certified training courses on AiHouse. This is an opportunity to improve your skills and earn a certificate, which will be an additional asset in the market of interior designers. In addition, participants in the training can take advantage of an offer – the purchase of AiHouse by October 28 entitles you to two months of use of the program free of charge and a 50% discount on subsequent training.

Contest with a prize of 5000 PLN

During the fair, there will also be an AiHouse contest organized by Lignumsoft for trainees. Participants will have the opportunity to work on the latest AiHouse software, using its advanced features to create unique interior designs. The best 3 works will be awarded – the main prize is as much as 5000 PLN, the prize for the second place is a license for 1 year of AiHouse VIP, and the prize for the third place is a license for 6 months of AiHouse VIP.
