
Warsaw Home & Contract 2025: a trade fair full of inspiration, design, and modern solutions for the interior design industry.
Furniture, lighting, textiles, kitchens, bathrooms, finishing materials, construction technologies, and contract solutions for commercial spaces—these were precisely the areas that defined the industry scope of the Warsaw Home & Contract 2025 event, which took place on October 22–25, 2025 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The trade fair was part of the Warsaw Home series, comprising seven parallel industry events: six of them—Warsaw Home Light, Textile, Bathroom, Furniture, Kitchen, and Contract—were held for the 9th time, while Warsaw Home Build celebrated its 11th edition. The event brought together 67,322 professionals from 43 countries — that’s an impressive 8.5% increase compared to last year — making it a hub of inspiration, knowledge, and modern trends in residential and commercial space design.

HOME & CONTRACT – Innovative Solutions for Residential Interiors and Commercial Spaces
During the event, innovative solutions for culinary spaces were presented, including proposals from brands such as Rejs, LOFRA / GastroProdukt Professional, and Ceramiche Atlas Concorde Spa, which combined elegance with practical application in modern kitchens. In the lighting zone, visitors saw the latest trends and technological solutions prepared by exhibitors such as Luminex, Lightonix, Candellux Lighting, Sigma Lighting, Miltech Przemysław Lubański, Zambelis Lights, Elkim Lighting, Aviano Lighting, Azzardo, Eko-Light Team, Nordlux, Kutek, and Aromas. The abundance of forms and styles made it possible to choose lighting for any space — from residential to commercial. For lovers of fabrics and decorations, inspiring collections of textiles, patterns, and accessories were prepared. Among the brands were Ubierz Swoje Ściany, Velt Jeremi Nagrabecki, Davis Fabrics, Sama Tekstil, and Lovely Linen, which presented a wide range of materials and textures emphasizing the individual character of interiors. There were also plenty of proposals for those seeking stylish and functional furniture. Elegant solutions for residential and commercial spaces were showcased by, among others, Kler, Mextra, Wajnert Meble, Moblo Factory, Forner, Ciarko, Milońi | Oakcent | One Wall Design | Kaspa | Nobonobo, Wood Fashion, Lano Meble, FibreGuard, and Vellarte. Their projects combined modern design with high-quality craftsmanship, creating interiors full of harmony and comfort. The section dedicated to bathroom furnishings presented products combining design with functionality. Among the exhibitors were Besco, Excellent, Fibaro Group, Blest, Hydrosan, and Riwal, offering comprehensive solutions for modern bathing spaces. Finishing materials and decorative elements were presented by brands such as Furmanek Trading, NMC Polska, Dekorami Design Wallcovering, Stegu, Max Komfort, Classen, Voster, Erkado, Kronospan HPL, Globalwood, Decora, Raw Decor, Dunin, Wallcraft, Stylistic Cristal, and Excellent. Their offerings included doors, panels, floors, tiles, and decorative wall surfaces that made it possible to create interiors tailored to individual needs. There were also solutions aimed at the contract sector. In this section, brands offering comprehensive equipment for hotels, offices, and public spaces presented themselves, including Dekorami Design Wallcovering, Design Soul, Wonderwall Studio, Muraspec, Forest Group Polska, Green Designers International, Gaber FG, Atler Group, Quiet Solution, Ampio, B.D.Art, and JBM Firma Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowa Jacek Bergiel. Their proposals combined aesthetics with functionality, creating a space of inspiration, collaboration, and professional business connections.

Summary of the main conferences at Warsaw Home & Contract 2025
Design Trends Congress – the fair program included, among others: Archi Day, a series of inspiring meetings for architects and designers; the Design Zone with world icons of design — Karim Rashid, Ross Lovegrove, and Fabio Novembre; the Poland Design Festival — a space for creative presentations and discussions on trends; as well as the original ONLY Abstract Zone with 120 artists. Participants could attend the “Polski Dizajn Łączy” conference organized by the Stowarzyszenie Projektowe (Design Association), as well as lectures and trainings by the Home Building Academy for investors planning construction and renovation. The event was complemented by, among others, the “Alchemy of Hospitality” seminar, Parquet Layers’ Days 2025, the Łygan Design Experts Zone, a talk by Klaudia Mączka-Rzewuska titled “Minimal Line” at the Trade Fair Studio, and the Viva Design! project — meetings with Italian design by MAS Market. “Wiśnia Buduje” offered a practical look at delivering bathrooms from design to installation. The presentations discussed real case studies, the most common execution errors, and proven product solutions. Participants gained concrete technical tips, inspection checklists and tool recommendations, as well as the opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A format.
